Out it in the Bay for the Holiday and to cover the Chiefs-Raiders game, so I’m sans my NBA League Pass. After reading and watching up, however, I’m pretty stoked.
Diaper Drew and Trevor Ariza obviously played lights out, but it was the Black Mamba who impressed me the most. We don’t want Kobe Bryant to have to be MVP every night with this team, but on some nights we will need KB24 to be just that. Last night he was. Still, the play that impressed me most was when he dove to the floor and beat two Mavs to a loose ball. That’s the best player in the league hustling like he’s the worst 14 games into the season. That’s hunger, folks.
