Let’s all forget about the Lakers in their Sunday whites, the babes on the red carpet and the NFL Divisional Playoffs for a minute. Why? Man, the Pacers can score, can’t they? Granted, the Lakers could have pulled Jack Nicholson and four other fans out of the crowd to play defense like they did in the first half. The Lakers are a few swingman short, correct? And Darius Miles is a swingman seeking a job, correct? OK, enough B.S. The Lakers should sign Darius Miles and play him in two games so that the up-and-coming Western Conference rival Blazers owe him $18 million over the next two years and hit the luxury tax. Our guy Jordan Farmar has been keeping himself busy. Not only is he rehabbing his knee, but he’s now blogging for the House that Hef built. That’s right — Playboy. When I think of the Pacers, one of the things I think of is this Marquis Daniels tat. Really, I don’t even know what to say, and I’m someone who has his fair share of ink. Going into last night’s game, I had a gut feeling that the Golden State Warriors were about as screwed as the Cony Island Warriors back in the day. As the unlucky bastards who had to face the Mamba and his Lake Show crew the night after taking a bump from CP3 and his NOLA gang, the Warriors were destined for a beatdown. My boy Danny Granger (my favorite non-Laker by far) just got his Reggie Miller on and sunk the Shaq-less Suns as the buzzer sounded with a dagger three. After that exact same thing just happened to them Christmas day against the Spurs, compliments of Roger Mason. Just hilarious! How ’bout playing some defense, Phoenix? Huh, you bums? We get a W tonight and I’m a very happy man.

After losing to the Rockets tonight, the Celtics are 2-6 in their last eight and have now dropped three in a row! I think I just got aroused! If that doesn’t make you feel better about last night’s dud, then I don’t know what will. More on tonight’s Warriors game to come…
