Fan Review: Fisher’s Hit On Scola (Video)
Did Derek Fisher deserve an ejection for his hit on Luis Scola in Lakers-Rockets Game 2? Will he be suspended? Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith just called it a “very suspendable” offense. Reminds me of Hines Ward’s crack block on Keith Rivers last year. If you ask me, that’s just a good, hard, flagrant foul — nothing that warranted an ejection.
Here’s the tape, you be the judge…

I really like Derek, but that was a couple steps over the line. Clearly a dirty play. I bet Fish apologizes about that, there’s no excuse really.
I’d suspend him.
What about Artest? Should he be gone too?
May 7th, 2009 at 12:05 amDefinitely merits a suspension. Fisher is one of the few Lakers I like, but there’s no way that can be allowed. He straight up leapt into Scola and threw his elbow.
