This has gotta be one of the sickest plays I’ve ever seen. Crossing up Shane Battier to throw and catch a self-assisted alley oop over the Great Wall of China, Yao Ming. Kobe Bryant, you’re too much. As far as I’m concerned, this was Kobe’s “Michael Jordan switches hands” moment.

    This was a cold move. Kobe had been killing Battier all night and this shot was a move meant for Rucker Park in August and not Staples Center in May. The message all night long was: “You have no chance of stopping anything I do, quit now or forever be on my highlight reel for life. You do know that the NBA will make this a commercial right? I mean, your grand children will see this moment and will ask their dad, ‘Is that Grandpa Shane getting scored on by Kobe again?’”

    Or something like that…

    sweet move. but i prefer the one he did last year against Utah. split 2 defenders and dunked it.
