Lamar Odom Has Contusion on Lower Right Leg

Lamar Odom suffered a minor injury in last night’s 98-92 win over the Kings. He is currently listed as day to day by the team and said this about the injury (from the LA Times): “I’m alright. It’ll be alright. They were wrestling down there, Ron, the wrestler and Brockman, they were wrestling and someone down there kicked me,” Odom said. “Front side. Right side on my shin. Right on the muscle there. It’s a tough place to get hit. Treatment, that’s it.”
I’m not really worried about this, but it’s certainly something for Laker fans to monitor when he gets back out on the hardwood. Best case scenario would be LO getting a little extra rest and coming into the season as close to 100% as possible.
