Report: Jordan Hill Charged With Felony Assault

According to TMZ Jordan Hill has been charged with felony assault stemming from an incident that occurred in Texas back in February. The TMZ report claims that the incident in question involved Hill choking a family member during an altercation.

For both Hill and the Lakers the timing couldn’t be any worse. Hill has suddenly emerged as a valued contributor off the bench after spending most of his time sitting on it once he arrived from Houston via trade. His breakout performance against Oklahoma City was followed up by a double-double in his Lakers playoff debut on Sunday.

The Lakers have yet to issue any statement and as of now it is unknown if the team will take any action.
