The Lakers have announced that Steve Nash will miss at least another week of action. Our last Nash sighting was nearly three weeks ago as the veteran point guard was injured in the second game of the regular season.
For now it looks as if Darius Morris will retain his starting position with Steve Blake also on the mend.
By the time Nash is back he’ll be coached by a familiar face. Much has changed since Nash last suited up.
His last action came courtesy of Mike Brown. His next game as a Laker will be with Mike D’Antoni at the helm, a man who – unlike Brown – knows a thing or eight about getting the most of Nash’s abilities.
