The Lake Show begins April 21st.
Following Pau Gasol’s seventh career triple-double, Steve ‘Blamba’ Blake’s team-high 24 points and a sound defensive effort from Dwight Howard and company; the slate has been wiped clean and a new season begins.

The Lakers win over the Rockets Wednesday night was gritty and dangerously convincing. With it came the avoidance of Oklahoma City in favor of the far more welcoming Spurs . ‘Welcoming’, of course, being very open to interpretation. But hey, I’m an optimist, don’t burst my bubble.
Whether they can actually carry this momentum into the playoffs is one mammoth of a question that should be left alone. Seriously though. Don’t ask questions. Simply take your ticket, find the appropriate seat and enjoy the show.
