Lakers injury list grows as postseason hopes fade

Nope, that’s not your grocery list. It’s the Lakers injury report.

Metta World Peace will reportedly miss Sunday night after aggravating the knee he had drained prior to game 3.

World Peace will join Steve Nash (back), Steve Blake (hamstring) and Jodie Meeks (ankle) as the fourth player to go down during this postseason.

Not to mention the five-time champion that’s unable to travel with his team due to a torn Achilles and on twitter lock-down.

With each of the players listed above unable to take the floor, the Lakers starting perimeter will be Andrew Goudelock, Darius Morris and Earl Clark. Yikes.

With one more loss, the Lakers will concede a sweep to the San Antonio Spurs.

Thank God for that.
