Power Ranking: Best Lakers summer league players

The Lakers summer league team finished play Saturday night after a fast-paced, action-packed battle against the Warriors in which they eventually bowed out with a 83-77 loss. However, the improvement of this year’s team in comparison to last year’s squad was immense, most noticeable in a comparison of the final score in the last game. In 2012, the Lakers lost to the Warriors by 40 points. This year, it was just 6. Obviously the Warriors fielded a different team, but they are still the cream of the crop in terms of young talent in the summer league right now.
