Never in the history of NBA basketball in Los Angeles has the city been so rich with NBA talent. There’s been litany of legendary players come through Los Angeles in the past, but in almost all cases they were donning purple and gold.

Every now and then, with there being a great deal of time between the now and the then, you got a little Clippers red and blue peppered with the Lakers colors.

The Los Angeles Clippers are credited for showcasing players like Danny Manning, Dominique Wilkins and Elton Brand to name a few. The issue with the Clippers’ history, there really isn’t that many more than a few to name. That was until now. With the drafting of the electric, high flying Blake Griffin, acquisition of Superstar point guard Chris Paul and the load of talent that they stockpiled this offseason, the Clippers now hold claim to the deepest roster of NBA talent in Los Angeles, or do they?

    1. Kobe

    2. CP3

    3. Griffin

    4. Gasol

    5. Nash

    6. Crawford

    7. Jordan

    8. Kaman

    9. Young

    10. Reddick

Toss up between JJ and Hill. JJ gets the nod due to a longer more productive career.

We are pretty close in how we ranked them.

I believe JJ Reddick is going to have a huge year with the Clippers playing along side CP3. Catch and shoot, shooting off screens with CP3 as the passer is going to be potent.

  • Joe Moore

Its somewhat telling that every laker on the list is ranked ahead of a better clipper.

      How would you rank em?

  • Trey Adell

    You forgot Byron Mullens

Where would Odom be if he was signed by Lakers or Clipps?… Top lower 5 IMO and yet they’re still arguing about bringing him into the roster.
