[VIDEO] Kobe Bryant sprinting, shooting jumpers

No one has ever returned from an Achilles rupture on the time table Kobe Bryant is on pace for. Just six months removed from the injury, Bryant was given the all-clear on physical activity last week. Prior to the Lakers game in China Friday morning, Bryant was seen sprinting and putting up jumpers for one of the first times publicly.

While it still remains unclear if Bryant will be able to get in shape by the time the season starts, he’s going to give his all to be ready by opening night. Regardless of when Bryant does in fact return, it’ll shatter any timetables originally given to his recovery and the recoveries of past Achilles injuries.
