Quickness at the power forward position is difficult to add, especially at the NBA level. Randle doesn’t have this problem.  Kevin Love may have dropped weight to as low as 240lbs., and he still isn’t as quick as Julius Randle is now, prior to having a dedicated NBA personal trainer.  It doesn’t hurt Kevin Love’s game any more for lacking elite quickness.  Julius Randle uses a post base on the low block with quick feet than anchor down in the paint for his post moves.  He drives from the high-post areas past his defender, repeatedly.  He effectively uses spin moves.  He continuously faces double and triple teams near the painted area and yet shoots well over 50% overall from the field.

Offense won’t be a problem at the next level.
