This isn’t the 1980′s.  The Lakers and Celtics aren’t planning to meet in the Finals.  Instead, both teams are headed for the lottery.  It’s an NCAA Saturday bash of lottery prospects, and one key game had three lottery players; Andrew Wiggins, Joel Embiid, and Marcus Smart.

Obviously if the team finds the favor of A.Silver and gets a top-3 pick the choice is simple (Embiid or Wiggins)… and if they finish low enough to have a “can’t pass” player drop, but the reality is a late top-10 pick. And sadly, once the top-10 prospects are gone, the talent gets subjective. (Keep in mind Mr. Bryant was a #13 selection).

I wonder if Young is the pick… but my cluster is:
James Young – Good Kobe Replacement
Willie Cauley-Stein (Amazing Defense, Pair with Love in 2015!)

Noah Vonleh – (another Chris Bosh)
    Montrezl Harrell – Solid Contributor.

I still like Noah Vonleh, Aaron Gordon, Rodney Hood. I think Hood is underrated and ultra-aggressive, even if he isn’t an elite athlete on par with Wiggins.
