BYRON SCOTT: Scott is the name most Lakers fans want, at least the average fan. Scott is a familiar face, a coach who has made appearances in the Finals, and a players coach. However, he does have a history of losing locker rooms, and his Finals appearances came in the weak Eastern conference, and also saw him go winless.

 

Bryon was quick to throw his name into the mix.

 

 

Steve Kerr: He seems like a pipe dream, nearly all set to sign for the New York Knicks and great friend Phil Jackson. However, the Lakers offer more flexibility, more cap space, and a bigger stage. It still remains a distant pipe dream, but Lakers fans have a little to bit of hope to hold on to…
