Lakers set to interview several candidates

While their search will be long and tedious, the Lakers are starting off immediately with as high-profile a list of head coaching candidates you can find. According to Mike Bresnahan of the LA Times, the Lakers are set to bring a slew of former coaches and even a select group of college coaches.

The Lakers are looking to make a big splash signing after striking out on their previous two. They’ve brought in both a defensive guru (Mike Brown) and an offensive mastermind (Mike D’Antoni), which leaves the Lakers wondering where to go next. With a huge spotlight and one of the biggest egos in the league in Kobe Bryant, the new coach will certainly have to be someone who commands respect.

Out of the list of candidates, which would you most like to see on the Lakers sideline?

Which coach would you like to see hired?
