The Lakers long, storied franchise is full of history and historical moments. 15 championships, hundreds of players, thousands of games. Surely, all these moments bring a fair share of questions, namely the famous two word question:

What if?

What if Kobe Bryant hadn’t torn his Achilles? Would the Lakers have been swept in the playoffs?

What if Jerry West couldn’t convince Vlade Divac to not retire if traded to Charlotte, thus nullifying the Kobe Bryant trade? Would Bryant have still found his way to LA?

What if Robert Horry‘s Game 4 game-winning three pointer doesn’t fall in the 2002 Western Conference Finals? Can the Lakers recover from down 3-1?
