Game Grades: Los Angeles Lakers Waxed By Resurgent Cavaliers

20. Final. 120. 156. 105

MVP: The Lakers choices in first drafting Jordan Clarkson and then moving him into the starting lineup are looking better and better. Clarkson had an impressive slash of 20/6/4/3 and looks like the Lakers point guard going forward.

LVP: Nick Young narrowly takes this award over Robert Sacre. To be fair, Young was reportedly dealing with an undisclosed illness (as was Jeremy Lin), which could describe his awful night tonight, but not the slump he’s been in for weeks now.

Stat of the Night: 82. As in the points given up to the Cavs Big 3. Obviously it’s hard to slow down the trio of LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love, but the Lakers resembled a D-League team defensively tonight. Shambolic.
