The NBA Dress Code Is A Joke

In no way am I suggesting that Lebron James should be punished. It’s just plain stupid to have a dress code and then post pictures of star players on the NBA.com website violating it. If you’re going to allow them to wear sunglasses indoors, why have a (useless) rule about it? Perhaps the league realized the dress code was a bit much. I suppose it’s too bad no one spoke up when it was put in place.
There are countless players who violate the code from all teams. Perhaps it’s been long enough that the “pilot” period is over and it’s time to reevaluate the usefulness of the policy.
