Something you almost never hear of a Mike D’Antoni coached team is winning with defense. But that’s exactly what the Mike D’Antoni coached Lakers did last night during a nail biting victory over the Memphis Grizzlies.

And there was no other play that best symbolized the Lakers’ spirited effort than Earl Clark’s rejection of Memphis swingman Quincy Pondexter.
