3. The chemistry amongst this team will be much better than last year

The further we get away from last year’s debacle, the more we find out how flawed that team was from the inside out. We’ve heard of the rift and ensuing confrontations between Bryant and Dwight Howard, but that apparently was on the beginning. Throughout the team, the players questioned each other and the coaching staff on numerous occasions. To think a team so split even made the playoffs given the state of their roster is impressive in it’s own right.

But this year, the team will be a far more unified group. Bryant is the only sort of dominating personality and the young players have already showed a willingness to accept their roles within the team. Players understand their roles and want to be in LA. This will be a very cohesive unit and a team that will be fun to root for, regardless of how successful they’ll be.
