Both Randle and Parker are leaders in their own right. Randle is a guy that feeds off of energy. His activity in the paint can set the tone for the energy level of an entire team. He’s the type to lead by example, to show what he’s about instead of saying what he’s about.
Parker on the other hand seems more of a quiet leader. The leadership skills are a reflection of their basketball talent. Randle shows more energy and passion due to his motor, the team follows. Parker on the other hand, is slightly more subdued, calmer in pressure situations. He can keep a team focused on the task at hand and not panic. This shows a level of control over the situation. Either way, coaches rave about the character of each player on and off the floor.
