Lionel Hollins: Another NBA re-tread, but Hollins is a successful coach. Under Hollins, the Memphis Grizzlies saw extended success. From 2009 to 2013, the Grizzlies made the playoffs three times, won just under 200 games, and were one of the toughest teams in the league. Hollins has success with big men, which is encourage for fans hoping for a Pau Gasol return.

Quin Snyder: Snyder is one of the handful of assistant coaches the Lakers might consider, and he’s a qualified candidate. Snyder is currently with the Atlanta Hawks and has spent time in the league since 1992. A Duke graduate, Snyder is an intelligent coach and could be an interesting hire.
