As with most of these guys, it’s hard to imagine their respective teams letting them go, but money talks. Given the right offer and the right circumstances, Bradley might be expendable. And if he does become as such, the Lakers should take a hard look at him.
Imagine drafting a player like Marcus Smart, then bringing in Bradley. That’s a defensive backcourt locked up for many years to come, and with a player like Kobe still playing on the perimeter, you could find the necessary scoring. Offensively, it’d be a struggle between Smart and Bradley, but defensively, few back courts would have the defensive prowess that the Lakers might with this duo.
