Dario Saric
Fourth on the list is Dario Saric. Surprised? Dario Saric has triple threat skills with point guard-like ability to pass. It’s arguable that he’s a better playmaker than Marcus Smart and Dante Exum. Why is he overlooked? His wingspan is 6’10”, which is considered short. His height is listed at 6’10”. Still, he’s a better, less streaky shooter than Marcus Smart, an arguably better passer than Marcus Smart and Dante Exum, and he can handle the basketball better than Aaron Gordon. Sure, his defense needs work. Julius Randle’s defense needs work too. Saric may not have the best physical tools, but at least he’s doing the best with what he has. Maybe I’m just enamored with the San Antonio Spurs ball-movement, but I’d love to have that coming out of the power forward position. He may be the most ready player of this crop. He’s still just 20 years old.
