Scott Wood is a flat-out shooter out of North Carolina State. Unfortunately, he’s undersized at just under 6’5″ with a 6’5″ wingspan. While he doesn’t possess the ball-handling or creativity to play shooting guard, the guy can flat-out shoot. If he’s in transition, coming off of a screen, or spotting up, he’ll hit. He shot over 40% behind the arc last year for the ACB league. He has an assist-to-turnover ratio above 1:1, which is a reflection of good hoop IQ. He’s arguably the best shooter of the Lakers Vegas Pro League team.
Renaldo Woolridge is the son of former Laker, Orlando Woolridge. If there is a Swaggy-P of the Vegas Pro League roster, it’s Woolridge. Not only did he play for USC and the University of Tennessee, but he also started his rap career under the name SB Baby. Like his father, he’s blessed with an NBA physique for a small forward. He is a spot up shooter behind the arc and an athletic finisher in the paint.
