After saving the franchise from extinction into irrelevancy in the late 1950’s, Elgin Baylor’s supreme athletic talents and diverse offensive skillset lead to him creating some of the most memorable dunks in early Lakers history. After propelling the team to the NBA finals in his rookie season, Baylor’s awareness on court only continued to grow. His unbelievably fast hands perfectly complemented his dynamic offensive game and before long, Baylor become one of the supreme talents in the whole of the league.
