2014 Laker Preseason Roster Wrap-Up

Jordan Hill

Jordan Hill has put up solid numbers during the preseason, but his energy in the painted area seems lost.  He’s clearly out of position playing center, easily outsized.  While he has great standing reach, the starting centers of opposing teams are negating Hill’s advantages on the offensive backboard.  He has been showing more consistency from mid-range as the preseason continued, but it’s not where the Lakers need it to be just yet.
