You’ll see this list populated with many of Bryant’s scoring exploits, which all adds up to him being the greatest scorer of all-time. Despite one of Jordan’s defining moments being his three-point barrage against the Blazer in the Finals, that moment was so special because Jordan wasn’t known for being a three-point shooter.

In their careers, Bryant is a 33.4% three-point shooter from behind the arc while Jordan is 32.7%, which on the surface looks like minimal separation. However, if you look at their prime for Bryant (02-03 through 08-09), he is a much more improved 35.1% from three-point range. If you look at Jordan during his season when he averaged 37.1 points up until his first retirement, he shot just 31.1% from three-point range.

Even more, Bryant made at least 100 three-pointers eight different seasons, topping out at 180 three-pointers made in 2005-06. Jordan, on the other hand, eclipsed the mark just twice, making 111 three-pointers both times.
