Point Guard. Notre Dame. Jerian Grant. 11. player. 170. The Hornets are desperate for talent. After landing Lance Stephenson, this season has been a flop. I wouldn’t be surprised if they moved him the off-season, and Grant could step in and take his minutes.

12. player. 118. The Jazz love stockpiling young talent, then either letting them walk for free (Al Jefferson, Paul Millsap) or trading them for draft picks (Enes Kanter). Judging by their past, Rudy Gobert will be traded soon enough, so Myles Turner can be the future.. Center. Texas. Myles Turner

169. via New Orleans Pelicans
Slotting this pick is tricky because they have to fulfill a specific role. With James Harden and his ball-dominant play-style, the right player has to be available. They’ll have to pass up some talent (Jerian Grant or Devin Booker), but Kris Dunn is no slouch as he was the Big East Player of the Year. He shot 35.1% on threes last year and has a 50%(!) assist percentage.
. Point Guard. Providence. Kris Dunn. 13. player

Montrezl Harrell. 14. player. 66. Another interesting pick to project with all the young talent the Suns have. The best player available is Grant, but that isn’t a good fit. Instead, Montrezl Harrell fits their up-tempo offense with his high motor, even if this is a bit of a reach.. Power Forward. Louisville

18. I wanted to give the Celtics someone bad, I really did, but I’ll be nice about this. With Kelly Oubre, the Celtics could replace Evan Turn with a better version. I really don’t like this being nice thing. It doesn’t fit well.. Small Forward. Kansas. Kelly Oubre. 15. player
