Forward. Kentucky. Trey Lyles. 11. player. 100. The Pacers will likely go big with this pick due to the way the draft board shakes out in this range. Frank Kaminsky is a name often mocked here, but I’m a bigger fan of Lyles and his game than Kaminsky’s and think it will translate well into the NBA.

player. 118. This pick is one that I always make and it just makes too much sense. Utah has a history of developing big men and Myles Turner needs developing. Simple as that.. Center. Texas. Myles Turner. 12

Wisconsin. Frank Kaminsky. 13. player. 66. Frank Kamisnky’s likely best-case scenario is Channing Frye, and there’s no better place for him to play than the up-tempo style of the Suns. He could complement Alex Len well, also.. Forward/Center

Point Guard. Murray State. Cameron Payne. 14. player. 149. The Thunder really need to nail this pick to do as much as they can to sway Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant to stay past their current contracts. This really feels like a make-or-break year for OKC. Payne can be a major contributor.

Small Forward. Wisconsin. Sam Dekker. 15. player. 125. The Hawks are the beneficiary of the Net’s ineptitude and pick in the middle of the draft. While there are rumors they love Frank Kaminsky, they may settle for his teammate with this pick, someone who can help them get past possibly losing DeMarre Carroll.
