118. There were high hopes for the Utah Jazz coming into this season as well as many people thought that they would be firmly in the mix as a playoff team in the Western Conference this year. With that being said, they fell short thanks to a slew of unfortunate injuries. However, one of the lesser talked about weaknesses of this Jazz team was a lack of depth on the wings. That’s something that Timothe Luwawu from France could help remedy. <p>Unlike many young European or international prospects that you see being thought of as lottery picks, Luwawu has the advantage of having played quality minutes against high levels of competition. That’s something many prospects his age can’t confidently say—or say at least to the extent that Luwawu can say it. That’s one of the reasons why he has to be so enticing for the Jazz at No. 12.</p> <p>He’s a long, hyper-athletic prospect that could really offer interesting prospects for the Jazz moving forward as they look to keep developing him. Moreover, you can’t overlook the importance of him coming in to play alongside his fellow countryman in Rudy Gobert in Utah to help make the transition easier.
