73. . PF/C. Michigan State. Deyonta Davis. 15. player

High upside here, but Deyonta Davis didn’t show nearly enough at Michigan State to really turn heads. However, he could grow in the Denver frontcourt.

. . International. Furkan Korkmaz . 16. player. 18

Korkmaz is a definite sleeper in this draft and the Cletics have the luxury of making that type of pick in the mid-first.

Domantas Sabonis. 17. player. 211. . PF. Gonzaga

There’s a chance that Sabonis could sneak into the lottery as he’s one of my favorite players in the draft with a high basketball IQ. If not, though, I’d love to see him on the Grizzlies as he develops further.

64. . SF. Baylor. Taurean Prince. 18. player

Some may look at him as a tweener, but Prince has the size and athleticism (and even skill) to really make an impact at the NBA level.

73. . SF. St. Joe's. DeAndre Bembry. 19. player

DeAndre Bembry is a great talent that was wildly productive at St. Joe’s. I think the Nuggets could use him on the wing and really help him be an asset in the NBA.

Notre Dame. Demetrius Jackson. 20. player. 147. . PG

Jackson is another player I’m super high on and think that he makes almost too much sense for the Nets now that they’ve traded into the first round.

125. . C. Vanderbilt. Damian Jones. 21. player

People are really high on the prospects of Jones. With Al Horford potentially leaving, I like the Hawks to add another frontcourt.

C. International. Ante Zizic. 22. player. 170.

Zizic is one of my favorite international prospects here with great size and solid experience. With holes in the frontcourt, Charlotte would be doing well to add him.

23. player. 18. . C. International. Ivica Zubac

Here’s another center with great potential. Zubac has upside for days and could be an interesting stash for Boston at this position in the draft.

Florida State. Malik Beasley. 24. player. 93. . SG

Philly needs backcourt help in a big, big way. Beasley is a player that could provide them just that and I love him going at this position.

77. . SG. Michigan State. Denzel Valentine. 25. player

Valentine’s exploits in college have been widely noted. Despite injury concerns coming in, he’s a player the Clippers could really make something special of.

player. 93. . PG. Washington. Dejounte Murray. 26

Assuming that the Sixers don’t trade for another lottery pick, Murray would be a great addition right here.

27. player. 81. . PF. North Carolina. Brice Johnson

This would make so much sense as Johnson could be an upgrade over an aging veteran like Luis Scola in the Toronto frontcourt.

66. . C. International. Zhou Qi. 28. player

He’s got to go somewhere despite all of the red flags and the Suns again have the luxury of being able to take big risks.

29. . SF/PF. International. Juan Hernangomez. 29. player

Hernangomez has a ton of potential as a hybrid forward and his versatility just screams “Spurs” to me.

41. . C. Kansas. Cheick Diallo. 30. player

I think it’d be crazy for most teams to take Diallo in the first round. But when it comes to the Warriors, they can make these types of moves in the draft.
