4. Stefan Jankovic – SF/PF – Hawaii
Another mid-major star that you might not have heard of is one of the most dynamic players left standing among the undrafted free agents. Stefan Jankovic spent four years playing at a school that you most likely never saw him at considering that the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors aren’t on TV that often as they play out on an island in the Pacific Ocean for half of their games.

However, Jankovic proved that he’s quite the versatile threat whenever he’s on the floor. Standing 6-11 with a solid 235-pound frame, Jankovic has a game where he really does a number of things quite well and can do it at multiple positions. In his junior season last year with the Rainbow Warriors, Jankovic averaged 15.2 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks in only 24.y7 minutes per game. Moreover, he shot an impressive 53.5 percent from the field while showing at least the baseline of being able to step out and knock down jumpers on the perimeter.
Considering how well a bit of versatility at forward and on the wing (in addition to Brandon Ingram, of course) would serve the Lakers, the notion of bringing Jankovic into the fold has to be at least mildly enticing. He’s a potential diamond-in-the-rough that could have real NBA value in the right situation and with the right cultivation.
