Devin Booker

For the Suns, it is all about Devin Booker moving forward this season. The Suns have made him their franchise player despite him being extremely young still. Even though Booker is 21-years-old, he is a proven scorer in the NBA and is the best player on his team.

So far this season, Booker is averaging 22.9 points, 4.3 assists, and 4.6 rebounds per game. Even though he has the reputation of being a pure scorer, Booker has shown that he can do more on the court.

In the last matchup against the Lakers, Booker had a monster game. In the seven-point loss, Booker totaled 36 points on 14-for-27 shooting from the floor. If the Lakers want to get another win against the Suns, they will need to force the ball out of Booker’s hands. Another 30-point game could result in a win for the Suns, as it was a great performance in their last game.

Expect to see a lot of Kentavious Caldwell-Pope on Booker in this game, as the Lakers will need to throw their best defender on him to try and slow him down. If the Lakers can stop Booker from scoring 30, they should be able to win the game rather easily.
