Kyle Kuzma is the Steal of the Draft

Kyle Kuzma has already made it known that he will be a presence to be reckoned with in the league. With his consistent play, impressive explosiveness, and shocking three-point shooting the rookie has become one of the Lakers’ leaders. Aside from his team, Kuzma also has become a leader for his rookie class as he ranks in the top-five for many statistical categories.

He is the second-highest scoring rookie with 17.4 points per game, and the fifth-highest rebounding rookie with 6.6 rebounds per game. Additionally, Kuzma ranks second among rookies for double-doubles with eight.

Last night, however, Kuzma showed us once agin why he was the steal of the draft. The rookie scored a new career-high 38 points on an insane 70.6 shooting percentage. He was also red-hot from deep as he shot 70 percent and made a new career-high seven three-pointers.

Kuzma also continued his stellar play in all other areas as he finished with seven rebounds, four assists, and one block. Moreover, even with all the time he played and held the ball, he did not record a single turnover.
