Brooklyn Nets

Current Record: 18-30

Notable Streak: Brooklyn has lost 7 of their last 10 games overall.

Player to watch: D’Angelo Russell

A couple of players from the 2016-17 Lakers’ roster are on the Nets in D’Angelo Russell and Timofey Mozgov.

D’Angelo just got back from an injury that had him sidelined for two months. He hasn’t been too good in his three games back, but look for him to try and get some more “revenge” against the team that traded him.

The Lakers will also have to pay attention to Allen Crabbe, who scored 27 points in the Lakers/Nets matchup in November. With all that said, the Nets are third-to-last in the East, and the Lakers should steal a win in Brooklyn.

The Lakers won the first meeting of the season at the STAPLES Center 124-112. Brook Lopez had a monster game against his old team with 34 points scored.
