– Cleveland Cavaliers
One of the possible destinations for Randle could be an Eastern Conference team that has really fallen on some hard times is the Cleveland Cavaliers. Despite them having LeBron James and some other great talent, the Cavaliers have slipped to third in the Eastern Conference. With a 3-7 record in their last 10 games, the Cavaliers are desperately trying to improve their team at the trade deadline.
Even though the Eastern Conference is weak this season, it doesn’t look like a guarantee like usual that the Cavaliers will be the East’s representative. While there is a lot of drama in Cleveland right now, there is also a big injury. With Kevin Love out, the Cavaliers are missing an All-Star caliber forward.
The addition of Randle would help the Cavaliers, as he could step in for Love while he is out. Also, when Love returns, Randle would then be able to move to the bench and provide the Cavaliers with some scoring punch off the bench. The Cavaliers clearly want to improve their roster and Randle is one of the best players that is rumored to be available. As a player that can play both center and power forward, Randle would certainly help make the Cavaliers better.
