The Chicago Bulls got a nice building block for their frontcourt with Jaren Jackson Jr. with the No. 7 overall pick. Now, they add to their backcourt with one of the fastest risers in Donte DiVincenzo.

DiVincenzo put himself on the NBA radar with his monster performance in the 2018 NCAA Championship game. He carried Villanova in the first half when his teammate struggled and was the driving force to blowing out Michigan. DiVincenzo poured in 31 points, showcasing all of his talents.

He continued to show well during the NBA Combine, which solidified his staying in the 2018 NBA Draft. DiVincenzo has the size and skill set to play both backcourt spots and was one of the most athletic players to attend the combine.

At this point in their rebuild, the Bulls need to add talent regardless of the position that they play. While they have Kris Dunn and Zach LaVine as building blocks, that should not dissuade them from selecting DiVincenzo, who could play alongside both of them.

DiVincenzo averaged 13.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.1 steals per game. He would be a great addition to the Bulls backcourt given his production on both sides of the ball.
