December 25th @ Golden State Warriors

Arguably the biggest game of the season for the Lakers will be coming on Christmas Day against the Golden State Warriors. As the two-time defending champions, the Warriors are still the team to beat in the Western Conference.

For James, he knows the Warriors very well from his time with the Cavaliers, as he has faced them in the NBA Finals four straight season. While James has beaten the Warriors once in the Finals, he has lost to them three times.

The Christmas Day showdown will be the first time that James plays the Warriors in a Lakers uniform. For the Warriors, they will certainly be trying to show James that the West still runs through Golden State, even though James is in the Conference now.

Last season, the Lakers played the Warriors quite well, as they have some fun matchups like Brandon Ingram going against Kevin Durant. Ingram had one of his best games of the season against the Warriors last season, as the Lakers are certainly aiming to dethrone them in the near future. With Christmas Day being full of good basketball, this could be the best game of the day and possible playoff preview in the Western Conference.
