Lance Stephenson is the possible reason why the Lakers did not blow this game

It’s scary to think that this Phoenix Suns team who is showing their intentions of entering the “Zion Williamson” sweepstakes (aka…tanking!) had a chance of winning this game.

Boggles the mind doesn’t it?

The Los Angeles Lakers were true to form struggling to score in the middle of the 4th quarter which is perfect for Lance Stephenson to turn the game into a streetball showcase similar to Rucker Park on a personal 11-0 streak to put the game away.

He scored from distance, he scored acrobatic layups…

He made plays for his teammates!

He put on a show in a game that lacked any entertainment whatsoever!

The air guitar was in effect against Phoenix. In 22 minutes, Lance Stephenson scored 17 points on 7-for-10 shooting including the three 3-pointers that put the game away. He also corralled 3 rebounds and 4 assists. Now look, he didn’t have any turnovers technically, but we’ll let everyone reading this make that call…

Guess what everyone! All together now! Lance is…IN THE TRADE RUMORS!

In closing, this post game is dedicated in the honor of the Godfather of Los Angeles Lakers basketball, Dr. Jerry Buss.

Dr. Buss had a vision of bringing entertainment to NBA basketball decades before the rest of the league caught up. His vision was to make Lakers basketball an experience of entertainment on top of watching a basketball game.

With the help of Magic Johnson, who is now the President of Basketball Operations, the Lakers are one of the two most iconic (Boston being the other) franchises in the NBA bar none.

Ms. Jeanie Buss sent a tweet that says it all…

Happy Birthday Sir! On behalf of every Laker fan around the world I would like to say…

Thank you!
