JaVale McGee is starting to make millions again

For the first 20-25 games, I would have the title of the page saying…

JaVale McGee is making himself millions of dollars. Well at times during the season, he was handing the money back. It seems that he is recouping some of that loot.

JaVale McGee did not miss a shot against the Kings shooting 8-for-8 from the field scoring 17 points, grabbing 14 rebounds and blocking 5 shots. Lakers fans, if McGee was not in deep foul shooting, he might have matched his 30-point 20-rebound effort from Friday night.

For the second straight game, there was no answer for JaVale when he was in the game. His chemistry with LeBron James on the offensive end continues to improve when the Lakers run the pick and roll offense.

Plus the man can out run the majority of the centers in the NBA on the fast break…

This is the positionless basketball that the Lakers were supposed to execute during the season. This has nothing to do with injuries. This is about effort. This play shows the Lakers out-hustling the Kings down the floor with quick passes and hard running.

In the last two games, JaVale McGee is 23-for-28 from the field. He is making his claim to coming back next year.
