Los Angeles Lakers: Realistic tier 4 free agents to target
By Ethan Temkin
1. Terrence Ross
Ross is a talented scoring wing that possesses both the size and skill set to play both the 2 and 3 positions. For the Orlando Magic this season, Ross is shooting a respectable 37% from three on just under seven attempts and an even better 85% from the free throw line.
It’s no secret that 3-point and free throw shooting were two of the Laker’s weakest aspects this season, so adding a player like Ross can instantly improve the roster in that regard.
Ross also has the ability to score in both an on-ball and off-ball capacity, which can help take a load off LeBron James’ shoulders for a couple of possessions a game.
Ideally, the Lakers would want to have Ross in a 6th man capacity, coming off the bench and providing instant offense. But, in any event, Ross is still talented enough to be a starter depending on who else the Lakers sign in the offseason.
