3. LeBron’s 51 points vs Miami

Immediately people are going to wonder why this game is not No.1 or even No.2 on the list.

The reason being is that despite the fact that this was such a high scoring game from LeBron, let’s not act like this is his first time scoring 50 points in a game.

The Lakers went into this game 6-2 in their last eight games and for them this was just a nice easy game where all they had to do was play together and avoid making major mistakes and they would come out with the win no problem.

For LeBron, this was his chance to remind people that he was still an elite player (as if anyone forgot), and he did so by coming out guns blazing scoring 19 points in the first quarter on his way to a 51 point performance on 19-for-31 from the field.

The Lakers cruised to a comfortable 113-97 win over the Miami Heat

Scoring 51 points is really nothing new for LeBron, but to see him do it in a Lakers jersey was something that was inevitably going to happen at some point.

And quite frankly, I dont expect this to be the last great performance from LeBron James in a Lakers jersey.

And if he wants to be on the Lakers Mount Rushmore someday, its gonna take more of these sorts of performances and a couple of championships for him to get there.
