– Shooting 38 percent or better from deep

One of the glaring weaknesses for the Los Angeles Lakers the past few seasons has been their three-point shooting. Despite the rest of the league going more and more toward shooting the ball from beyond the arc at a high clip, the Lakers went in the other direction last season.

After adding LeBron James last season, many assumed that they would be surrounding him with three-point shooters. James has had a lot of success in his career with shooters around him, but the Lakers didn’t go in that direction.

This offseason, the Lakers addressed the mistakes of last summer by adding multiple players that can shoot the ball from beyond the arc. One of the players that they hope will be effective from beyond the arc is Bradley.

In his career, Bradley is a 36.4 percent shooter from beyond the arc. This isn’t a poor career percentage, but Bradley has shown stretches of being a better shooter than that from beyond the arc.

In a short stint with the Memphis Grizzlies, Bradley shot over 38 percent from deep. Also, he was able to shoot a higher percentage in the 2016-17 season with the Boston Celtics, and the 2017-18 season with the Detroit Pistons.

Bradley should certainly get some good looks next season with the Lakers, hopefully he will be able to knock them down.
