Anthony Davis had the smoothest and quietest Thunder beat down known to man.

Lake Show Life said it once and it bears repeating. Anthony Davis is spoiling the NBA with his talent. This dude is so good, it’s illegal. What’s even more impressive, he can turn it on at any time.

Davis was having a sub-par first half only scoring nine points. He seemed like he was coasting along. Then the second half happened and the Thunder had no answers. Davis finished the night leading everyone in the building with 33 points, while collecting 11 rebounds and a season-high seven assists. The most important stat he had in the game was he didn’t miss any of his 11 free throws.

This play is so good, you almost have to laugh.

Upon receiving the pass from KCP, Dennis Schroder was barbecued chicken as AD could have dunked all over him. But to see James running hard filling the lane and rewarding him for the work made the play even more entertaining. The buzz in the arena shows the awe of what these two are doing this season.

Coming into this game, Davis had zero 4-point plays in his career. In this game, he collected two.

The dominance of the Lakers will be measured by how many free throws Davis gets in a game. After the Memphis game when he had a parade to the line shooting 27 times, teams have made it a point to keep him off the line. In this game, the numbers were back up.
