2. LeBron James keeps dominating

It must be nice having two superstar level players like the Los Angeles Lakers do. When one is having an off night, you can almost always count on the other one showing up. That is what happened for the Lakers against the Magic.

While Anthony Davis wasn’t his normally dominant self, shooting 6-of-20 from the field for 16 points, LeBron James picked up the slack for him. LeBron recorded yet another triple-double, scoring 25 points with 11 rebounds and 10 assists. He also added two steals, but the one glaring negative was that he recorded six turnovers.

While James was happy about the win, he knows the team has to play better.

If they play as they did tonight against the Magic, they will find a lot of difficulties Friday night against a very strong Miami Heat team. James will be motivated playing against his old team, and he will be looking to replicate the dominant performance he put forth last season in Miami.

King James scored 51 points during the South Beach visit last season, adding eight rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals.
