LeBron James criticized for being a good teammate. Jealousy in the NBA?
By Ronald Agers
Remember when LeBron James came to L.A. to do everything under the sun beside win with the Lakers?
Last week, LeBron’s behavior was the exact opposite of last year. He was cheering on his teammates long after the game was over.
Let’s just look at the fact that the man was actually on the bench. Does anyone remember this photo that sparked jokes all over social media?
Now if you want to call something disrespectful, this is it. LeBron James is the face of the NBA and probably one of the most popular athletes on the planet. However, he shouldn’t be standing in between Rob Pelinka and then President of Operations, Magic Johnson. He should be on the bench supporting not only his teammates but the coaching staff.
This shows that LeBron was not buying into Luke Walton‘s system last year. Eventually, his attitude spread throughout the locker room and the season imploded. Speaking of not buying into Luke Walton’s system, remember when he was dismissing it?
Remember when ESPN’s Senior Writer, Brian Windhorst, stated anonymous NBA scouts observing LeBron James barely acknowledging Luke Walton for play calls when running the point and ignoring the call and doing his own thing?
"The scouts also have noticed that when James is running the point, he rarely looks toward the bench to receive playcalls from coach Luke Walton. Even when he has seen them, the scouts say, he ignores them and runs the play he prefers. Walton has adjusted, and now when James is running the show, Walton will typically just let him call the game. This probably shouldn’t be considered a slight — it’s just James being James."
How about the leaks from his camp to get Walton fired during the season? Finally, when Walt Frazier spoke on LeBron, it seemed everybody listened.

Why is last year being discussed? It shows the ridiculous standard that LeBron James is being held too. Everything on this page deserves criticism.
- LeBron not on the bench during a basketball game standing with the front office personnel which looks like he’s throwing the roster and coaching staff under the bus.
- Quotes from the media stating that LeBron James has alienated his coach not only himself but his camp asking for a new coach during the season.
- Being called out by an NBA icon and Hall of Famer.
LeBron James does an entire 180 and cleans up his act and it STILL warrants criticism.
