Shooting Guard: Grant Riller

Honorable Mention: Skylar Mays

I know I said that Tillie was my favorite, but Riller is my other favorite. Coming from the relatively small College of Charleston, Riller is a guy that plays bigger than his 6’3, 190 pound build.

He has some defensive chops (1.6 steals per game), can shoot the three (36.2 percent on 4.2 attempts), and can pass and rebound well for a combo guard. What more can you ask for?

Riller is already 23 years old and should step right in for a contending team in the second round. Why not the Lakers?

The 22-year-old Skylar Mays of LSU is another undersized shooting guard who is very much of the Avery Bradley ilk like Grant Riller. Mays is an even better shooter (39.4 percent from three) than Riller, but still has a few defensive question marks.
