3. LA Allure

Anthony Davis is a Chicago boy, born and raised. He doesn’t have childhood roots and ties to the Los Angeles area like many other NBA stars do, but that doesn’t matter. Los Angeles will now be home to Anthony Davis and the allure of the bright lights will keep him here.

Los Angeles and Hollywood are the places where stars are born and everyone knows that. Anthony Davis will be able to set up a better post-playing career plan with tremendous businessmen in Magic Johnson and LeBron James to show him the way. Davis can become more than just an NBA player with his platform — he can become whatever he wants when he retires.

As mentioned, another major factor for Anthony Davis could be the simple idea of playing as a member of the historic Los Angeles Lakers franchise.

It also helps that the Lakers are the same franchise that employed great big men like Shaquille O’Neal, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Wilt Chamberlain. Davis is poised to jump in the mix as the next name on the list…if he remains a member of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Los Angeles is the place for every star to flourish. The city of angels will provide The Brow with every possible way to go from an NBA superstar to an outright celebrity. Davis can learn from one of the best athlete-businessmen in the NBA sphere in LeBron James.
